A thought might have crossed your mind while reading this, yes all this sounds great, but is it practical?
There is so much happening around in our life, in our own defined small world. A world which is outside and a world which we have created in our mind. The outside world might even go to sleep or we can choose to make it disappear:), but the inner world walks right into the bedroom and sometimes in dreams too. This fast-paced life, this competition, a constant tug-of-war between head and heart.
The question could be – is it so easy to SMILE? Well from my experience I can surely say –
It may not be easy to Smile, but everything becomes easy the moment we decide to SMILE !
